Protecting your privacy and your personal information is an important aspect of the way Sane Event Group Pty Ltd (Event Manager to COSBOA) implements our activities, online and offline. The information that you provide to us is not sold to any third party data compilation services.
Sane Event Group & the 2013 National Small Business Summit website are not set up to automatically collect personally identifiable information from any visitor to our website. We will only collect personal information from you with your prior knowledge and consent. Personal information that may be gathered may include name, address, email or credit card information in the case of event registration purchases. The information you volunteer to us is used only to fulfil your requests.
All personal information you may provide will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and will not be added to any other mailing list - unless you have given specific permission as part of the requested service. Your email address is confidential. We will not use or disclose your email address to any third party without your explicit consent.
By requesting an event registration, you consent to the collection of your contact information which will not be disclosed, excluding credit card details for payment processing only.
Registration Terms & Conditions
All registrations will be acknowledged in writing with confirmation of delegate requirements according to the submitted registration form and upon receipt of full payment.
Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge if the COSBOA Conference Administrators, Sane Event Group are notified in writing by COB Monday 8 July 2013. Name changes after this date will be permitted at a cost of $25.
Alternatively a full refund (less $150 for full registrations, $100 for day registrations, and $50 for booth staff registrations, to cover administration costs) will be made for cancellations received in writing by COB Monday 8 July 2013. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date. In addition, full cancellation fees will apply for social functions cancelled after COB Monday 8 July 2013.
All changes and cancellations must be made in writing (email to COSBOA@saneevent.com.au). No changes or cancellations will be accepted verbally or by fax.
Important notice:
If a registration is submitted and is unpaid, no cancellation notice is received and the delegate does not attend the event, this will still be considered an active registration and payment will be requested in full by the COSBOA Conference Administrators.
On-line Credit Cards
(1) All credit card payments will incur a merchant fee charge (3%).
When registering you will need to accept these terms and conditions. Your registration will not be processed without the agreement being accepted.
Sponsorship and Exhibition Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions
1.1 Cancellation Date means Monday 25 March 2013.
•Organiser means Council of Small Business of Australia ABN 43 008 597 304
•Event Manager means Sane Event Group ABN 85 862 484 837
•Sponsor means the entity sponsoring the 2013 National Small Business Summit
2. All Sponsors are required to lodge their preferences with the Event Manager electronically. The Event Manager then notifies the Sponsor which preference is successful.
2.1 The Organiser retains the express right to reject any Sponsor which it deems inappropriate or unsuitable in its sole discretion.
2.2 Sponsors are allowed to apply for sponsorship of single or multiple items. Should an organisation be interested in sponsoring an arrangement not listed then it may contact the Organiser/Event Manager to discuss possible preferences.
3. After written acceptance by the Event Manager issuing a tax invoice, the Sponsor must provide an image of their logo in the format required by the Organiser and other details as required (e.g. contact details, trademarks etc) to the Event Manager within 14 days of receipt of acceptance.
4. In order to limit costs, the Event Manager may limit the number of colours used to print sponsor logos.
5. Fifty per cent (50%) of the package must be paid by the sponsor to the Organiser within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Organiser/Event Manager. The balance is to be paid by Wednesday 24 April 2013.
6. The sponsorship fee does not include free exhibition or conference registrations or access to delegate lists unless specifically stated as a sponsor benefit.
7. All sponsorship materials must be submitted to the Event Manager as agreed on between the parties.
8. Sponsors may not sublet, assign or apportion any part of the item(s) sponsored nor represent, advertise or distribute literature or materials for the products or services of any other firm or organisation without written approval from the Organiser/Event Manager.
9. The Organiser/Event Manager, to the fullest extent permissible under law, will not be liable for damage or loss to Sponsors’ properties by fire, theft, accident, or any other cause.
10. If a Sponsor wishes to cancel any involvement, the Event Manager requires a request to be received in writing by the Organiser/Event Manager on or before close of business by the cancellation date, failing which the Organiser/Event Manager will not refund any sponsorship monies. If a request is received on or before the Cancellation Date, the Organiser/Event Manager will use its best endeavours to on sell the sponsorship package in which event the entity will receive a refund of 50% of its original package. If the Organiser/Event Manager is unable to on sell the package prior to the Cancellation Date then all monies will be forfeited.
